My Profile Summary
Please contact me for an up-to-date copy of my resume:
I have a Master of Physiotherapy degree as well as a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Exercise and Sports Science) from the prestigious University of Sydney.
I strongly believe that I can be a great asset to your business and promote the confident, enthusiastic and personable characteristics that you are seeking in a professional. I believe surrounding myself with experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapists that are constantly aware of the latest techniques will enable me to promote further self-education to the best of my abilities.
It is hard in a résumé to demonstrate the personal qualities and principles that I have which are also necessary to be a good and well-rounded physiotherapist. I am a trustworthy and a passionate and diligent learner who has had experience working in a musculoskeletal and sports injury clinic since graduation and also 4 years previous experience working in a joint chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, exercise physiology and psychology clinic as an assistant throughout my studies. This has paved way for me to develop patient rapport skills and a good hands-on approach to treatment.
I have a strong interest in sports physiotherapy having play many sports myself and understand how frustrating and daunting it may be to athletes to suffer injuries in the midst of competing. This allows me to empathise with patients and motivates me to help them achieve a rapid recovery to go back to doing what they love. I have a thirst for information and constantly seek to obtain more knowledge through peer-learning and ongoing professional development. I hope to develop my clinical reasoning skills and achieve these goals that would ultimately make me a better practitioner to provide the best healthcare treatment possible to my patients.
