I am a musculoskeletal outpatients physiotherapist with over 17 years experience at senior level in the NHS and private practice, following 3 years as a rotational junior. I currently work at an equivalent band 8a level in a private hospital in Central London, with focus on the lower limb. My caseload is predominantly lower limb orthopaedics, including multiligament knee reconstructions, but I treat any type of musculoskeletal issue. I also treat oncology patients, particularly after breast cancer treatment. I oversee our shockwave, performance testing and UVB services - including service development, regular audit and incident investigation - and assist with daily department management. I mentor colleagues clinically and contribute to the departmental in-service training programme. I completed a masters programme in sports and exercise medicine in 2022, and I am qualified in acupuncture. I am a member of the CSP and am HPC registered. I am primarily looking for permanent posts in the south west of England, but am open to considering other regions, including overseas opportunities.
