I hold a physiotherapy certification and am registered with the HCPC and CSP in the UK. My professional background comprises more than three years of clinical experience as a senior physiotherapist in Pakistan, followed by one year as a Rehabilitation Consultant in the UK. My work experience includes serving in an 800-bed hospital, where I provided care for both outpatient and inpatient cases. I am well-suited for this role, having worked in various hospital wards, including orthopedic, neurorehabilitation, pediatrics, and the ICU. This included the use of equipment such as TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), Ultrasound therapy, Shockwave therapy, and various tools related to musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. I also provided therapeutic massages and utilized occupational therapy tools, particularly for pediatric patients with conditions like Bell's Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, and Cerebral Palsy.

In my role as a clinical instructor, I instructed students in Manual Muscle Testing, exercise plans, kinesiology movements, various case approaches, treatment plans, and hands-on physical care of patients within the hospital Rehabilitation department. This role was particularly meaningful as I also served as a senior physiotherapist. I oversaw the grading system and utilized clinical judgment in evaluating students' performance. Notable cases during my tenure included working with patients dealing with Spinal Injuries, Osteoarthritis, Musculoskeletal Conditions, and Pediatric Disorders. currently working as a rehabulitation consultant ,In my role as a consultant , I am actively involved in a knowledge-based project called PhysioAct, which represents a significant investment in digital rehabilitation. I collaborate closely with a team of allied healthcare professionals, including senior consultants, physiotherapists, nurses, and professors, to collectively strengthen our focus on patient-centered healthcare. My contributions include assisting the team in various aspects of the project, such as enhancing digital tools and resources for patient care and well-being.
