Mi nombre es Carlos Hidalgo Guijo.
Tengo 27 años y soy graduado en fisioterapia por la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid. Tengo un Master en actividad física y nutrición en deportista de alto rendimiento. Ambos acreditados con certificados europeos y traducidos al inglés.
Cuenta, también conformación en ejercicio terapéutico, pilates.
Por otro lado, soy jugador de baloncesto profesional. Actualmente estoy en Alemania, donde también ejerzo como fisioterapeuta a tiempo parcial.
En cuanto a mis habilidades se trabajar en equipo, tengo empatía con los pacientes y buena comunicación.
Como Fisioterapeuta me gusta razonar, clínicamente todos los casos que trato y proponer terapias basadas en la evidencia científica. Obviamente mi experiencia laboral tanto como profesional del Baloncesto y Fisioterapeuta me brindan mucha capacidad para prescribir, ejercicios terapéuticos y terapias activas.
No obstante, he trabajado en entornos con pacientes neurológicos y con terapias respiratorias.
En cuanto a los idiomas que hablo, el español es mi lengua materna, inglés con fluidez escrita y oral y alemán muy básico.

My name is Carlos Hidalgo Guijo.
I am 27 years old and I have a degree in physiotherapy from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid. I have a Master in physical activity and nutrition in high performance athletes. Both accredited with European certificates and translated into English.
I also have training in therapeutic exercise, Pilates.
On the other hand, I am a professional basketball player. I am currently in Germany, where I also work as a part-time physiotherapist.
As far as my skills are concerned, I am a team player, have empathy for patients and good communication skills.
As a physiotherapist I like to reason clinically all the cases I treat and propose therapies based on scientific evidence. Obviously my work experience both as a Basketball professional and as a Physiotherapist gives me a lot of ability to prescribe, therapeutic exercises and active therapies.
However, I have worked in settings with neurological patients and respiratory therapies.
As for the languages I speak, Spanish is my mother tongue, English with written and oral fluency and very basic German.

Mein Name ist Carlos Hidalgo Guijo.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und habe einen Abschluss in Physiotherapie von der Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid. Ich habe einen Master in körperlicher Aktivität und Ernährung bei Hochleistungssportlern. Beide sind mit europäischen Zertifikaten akkreditiert und ins Englische übersetzt.
Ich habe auch eine Ausbildung in therapeutischer Bewegung und Pilates.
Andererseits bin ich ein professioneller Basketballspieler. Derzeit lebe ich in Deutschland, wo ich auch als Teilzeit-Physiotherapeutin arbeite.
Was meine Fähigkeiten betrifft, so bin ich ein Teamplayer, habe Einfühlungsvermögen für Patienten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Als Physiotherapeutin möchte ich alle Fälle, die ich behandle, klinisch begründen und Therapien vorschlagen, die auf wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen beruhen. Meine Berufserfahrung sowohl als Basketballer als auch als Physiotherapeut gibt mir die Möglichkeit, therapeutische Übungen und aktive Therapien zu verschreiben.
Ich habe jedoch auch in Bereichen mit neurologischen Patienten und Atemtherapien gearbeitet.
Was die Sprachen betrifft, so ist Spanisch meine Muttersprache, Englisch spreche ich fließend in Wort und Schrift und Deutsch beherrsche ich auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau.
