Your Role: As a Lead Physiotherapist at APC Physio, you’ll become an essential pillar of our team. Your role will be dynamic, impactful, and rewarding, including: Managing a diverse MSK caseload with expertise, empathy, and autonomy. Delivering various classes (Pilates, Yoga & small group rehabilitation) Mentoring and supporting junior physiotherapists and athletic therapists, fostering their clinical and professional growth. Working collaboratively with admin and practice management to deliver seamless client journeys. Driving innovation, service diversification in clinical care by refining and implementing best practices. Engaging in community events, workshops, and client education initiatives. Delivering match physiotherapy services with additional bonuses for your contributions. What We’re Looking For : Someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. An enthusiastic A- player, with a passion for working as part of a team An experienced physio with the desire and ability to manage and motivate fellow team members. A natural passion for clinical excellence, with analytical skills and creative skills to be part of the thriving dynamic clinic. A degree or higher in Physiotherapy and Full CORU registration. At least three years of MSK experience in private practice or clinical settings. Someone with solid private practice skills and reflective clinical reasoning who continually works on their professional and personal development.
