We are a growing Musculoskeletal private practice clinic in the City of London and Marylebone. 📍 Location: Central London 🕒 Hours: 30 hours per week Are you a dynamic Physiotherapist with a passion for Clinical Pilates, movement analysis, and service development? Do you want to work in a progressive, fun, and supportive team while developing new skills that contribute to both clinical excellence and business growth? At Movement Perfected, we offer a holistic approach to active rehabilitation, caring for acute musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries while also providing individualised care through Clinical Pilates and Personal Training services. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in both clinical practice and professional development. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing a varied caseload, integrating evidence-based physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates to support rehabilitation and performance. Using and learning ultrasound for movement analysis, enhancing assessment and treatment approaches. Taking an active role in service development, improving client pathways and expanding rehabilitation services. Engaging in non-clinical tasks supported by structured teaching, to help grow and enhance the business. Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with consultants, sports clubs, and local practitioners. Contributing to our CPD programme, team learning, and meet-and-greet events with specialists. Who We’re Looking For: HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3+ years clinical experience. Strong background in Clinical Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer) with rehabilitation expertise. Interest in ultrasound movement analysis (training will be provided). Passion for service development, with a drive to enhance patient care and clinic operations. Clear clinical reasoning skills and evidence of postgraduate education or ongoing CPD. Excellent communication and ability to build strong referral networks. A collaborative team player who enjoys learning, mentoring, and innovating.
