With two clinics in Hebden Bridge (West Yorkshire) and Whalley (Clitheroe) you will be part of our expansion programme both in treatment, services and adding value to attract new clients. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic MSK physiotherapist with a strong hands on approach to treatment. You will understand and practise the highest standard of customer service with a strong work ethic. You will work closely with our existing therapists and trainers within our team and be willing to build relationships with our clients. Your role will revolve around clinical patient work in our Hebden Bridge and our Whalley clinic. An interest or participation in sport will be an advantage, due to the clinic's speciality working with professional sport players. We offer both hands on treatment, rehabilitation and class exercises using pilates and reformer based strength & conditioning. Holding a diploma/degree in physiotherapy with Health Professions Council Registration (UK) or equivalent, you will have experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting, working knowledge of a broad range of conditions and treatment options. In addition, you must demonstrate our core values of integrity, fairness and use your expertise to ensure your time at MM Physiotherapy has the broadest benefits. You must have a minimum of three years post graduate experience in physiotherapy. Your day to day duties will include: To identify clinical problems, use clinical reasoning skills to establish patient-centred goals and draw up treatment plans utilising a wide range of treatment skills and options; seeking clinical guidance or second opinion as clinically indicated. To deliver the service on a face-to-face assessment and treatment basis and, where necessary, refer onward. To work as an autonomous practitioner utilising analytical skills to form an accurate diagnosis. Have the skills to inform patients of realistic rehabilitation prognosis and future prospects with respect to work, sport, function etc. Plan and deliver reformer based exercises classes - training will be given. Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with your patients & work colleagues. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills Be a competent and confident IT user and well organised Able to prioritise and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner. Confident in rehabilitative sessions gym/ reformer & rehabilitation prescription. Write structured rehabilitation programmes (In service training).
