PhysioCentral is a busy physiotherapy clinic based in The Midlands Consultants Clinic – Tullamore which is a multi-disciplinary facility. Within the facility we work in close conjunction with a number of specialists including 5 orthopaedic surgeons with specialties in upper and lower limb surgery who are based here. The clinic also operates the Strength & Conditioning Centre – Tullamore, a large 5,000sq ft fitness facility within which we conduct our gym based rehabilitation programs. From there we also run physiotherapist led Pilates classes. Additionally we run condition specific exercise classes for Parkinsons, older adult, MS As a well established clinic we receive a large amount of work from local GP referrals and we are responsible for the physiotherapy management of a number of local GAA teams. We also operate The Foot Lab a dedicated service for the management of foot issues. A large portion of our work also comes from self-referrals relating to spinal conditions. We have an opening for a motivated, dedicated Physiotherapist who thrives working on their own initative. The caseload is varied which makes for interesting days and so the ideal candidate is experienced in and enthused by working with a range of biomechanical issues. We would love to hear from interested candidates and will arrange for interview to discuss in more detail the requirements of the job and the expectations of the ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy programs - Educate patients on the prevention of injury and the maintenance of their physical health - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and timely patient records Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution - Valid CORU and/or ISCP membership - Minimum of 5 years of private clinical experience preferred - Strong understanding of current physiotherapy practices and techniques - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends What We Offer - Competitive hourly rate - Flexible working hours - Supportive and collaborative team environment - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education - Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
