Self-employed MSK Physiotherapist for 3 days per week Start date: February 2025 Annual Salary: Commission based based circa £32K-£42K (based on 3 days of clinical work) + Performance-based bonus of up to 2K based on three key performance indicators. W6 Physiotherapy in Hammersmith, West London, is offering an excellent job opportunity to an experienced self-employed Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. We seek a driven, passionate practitioner with sound assessment and clinical reasoning skills. A successful candidate will take over the existing caseload. Your main responsibilities: - Assess, diagnose, and treat Musculoskeletal conditions - Develop and review treatment programmes encouraging exercise and movement, providing different treatment modalities and techniques specific to the patient’s case - Write patient case notes, reports, and onward referral letters - Liaise with Consultants, GPs, and other healthcare practitioners - Communicate effectively with other staff at W6 Physiotherapy The candidate must: - Be eligible to work in the UK and have a sole trader account - Be registered with CSP & HCPC - Have Public Liability Insurance - Have DBS (CRB) clearance - Have a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience - Be an excellent communicator, able to work independently An ideal candidate would: - Have excellent clinical reasoning skills - Have experience in managing a varied caseload of patients - Keep up-to-date with research and have an up-to-date CPD portfolio - Have good people’s skills and the ability to network with other healthcare practitioners - Have previous Pilates training What we offer: - Competitive pay on a commission basis - Existing patients list and potential to grow - Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday - Strong network of Consultants and Specialists - Excellent CPD opportunities and personal development plan. - Use of professional therapy software (PPS, Physiotec, Microsoft 365) - In house Radial Shockwave, Handheld Dynamometers You will be a part of an excellent team with diverse skills and training and will have an opportunity to upskill.
