This new role will be an an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to be apart of key decision-making with the copmany, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company in this exciting phase of the companies growth, collaborating with the existing management team and directors. In addition to managing an advanced caseload focused on musculoskeletal conditions, you will contribute clinical expertise and independently oversee patient care as an advanced practitioner within our team. Your role involves leading a diverse and skilled group of clinicians. Your responsibilities include spearheading service development and reviews, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and comprehensive patient management. Building networking and referral links with other clinical experts and stakeholders at Physio On The Green is a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will receive encouragement and support for the enhancement of their clinical, teaching, and management skills. A cohesive team atmosphere is fostered through an established in-service training program and regular staff meetings. We seek a compassionate, diligent, and ambitious physiotherapist with natural leadership qualities. Your passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, coupled with your ability to take initiative and employ innovative approaches to complex patient management and service delivery, makes you an ideal fit for this role. Job Requirements Essential Criteria: · BSc in Physiotherapy. · Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration. · Evidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional development. · Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills. · Membership in special interest groups. · Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcare. Experience Essential Criteria: · Extensive experience in post qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK speciality. · Experience in managing patients with complex physical and psychological presentations. · Experience of supervising junior and senior members of qualified staff. · Experience in leading a service/team. · Involvement in clinical audit/research/policy implementation. · Experience of incident investigation and implementation of change of practice as a result. · Evaluation of clinical practice including participation in research/audit/service evaluation and quality improvement projects. · Experience at a band 7/8a or equivalent. · Clinical leadership. · Business management skills. Skills/Abilities/Aptitudes Essential Criteria: · Expert clinical reasoning skills in the appropriate application of a range of techniques and approaches to the management of the relevant clinical area. · Specialist knowledge and application of best evidence-based practice in the MSK and application of therapy assessment and interventions. · Ability to communicate effectively and flexibly, and to adapt communication style to the needs of patients and staff. · Knowledge of recent developments in the profession. · Skills in critical analysis and the application of research to practice. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. · Exceptional ability to poly-tasks and at times work in unpredictable working pattern. · Excellent leadership skills.
