Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable MSK/Sports Physiotherapist to join our progressive evidence-based Physiotherapy clinic to work on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with patients of all ages, with a high emphasis on Orthopedics, Sports and paediatrics. The ideal candidate will be confident, dynamic and will have undergone a range of Post grad courses. We see a high percentage of lower limbs thus you will be very confident in lower limb knee and ankle assessments and treatment pre and post operative care. We are a high-level practice with close links to orthopedic and sports physicians. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to develop and progress, with a strong emphasis on CPD. Responsibilities - Assess and treat a variety of MSK, sports, and orthopedics ailments pre and post-operative - Utilise various physiotherapy techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve mobility. - Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventative care strategies. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care such as Orthopedic consultants, GPs, Sports Physicians, PTs and help elevate the clinics network and reputation. - Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices. Requirements - HCPC and CSP registration. DBS clearing Checks. - A degree in Physiotherapy and ideally other Postgraduate qualifications. - Strong knowledge of Sports Rehabilitation, Orthopedics & Post-operative care with adults and Paediatrics. - Acupuncture and Pilates training an advantage. - Experience in private practice beneficial - Familiarity with paediatric physiotherapy practices is an advantage.
