The clinic: It is located within a teaching GP practice in a busy and well-served village near Henley-on-Thames and Reading. Trusted Referrals: Work in a clinic supported by in-house GPs and local Consultants, ensuring a steady stream of clients and a strong relationship with the local healthcare community. Established Clinic: The clinic has been opperating since 1999 and under my ownership since 2009 in which time the turnover has quadrupled, and has further room for growth. I currently run the clinic single-handedly, but there is a growing demand for Pilates classes and clinical appointments. Therefore, I am looking for a second physio to join me and help grow and shape the clinic's future, with the opportunity for ownership within a few years. Initially, the position is on a self-employed, fee-share basis for 6 to 10 hours, but I expect this to increase rapidly. The essential requirements are experience or willingness to train in mat-work Pilates and at least one year of qualification with the ability to take on an MSK clinical caseload. I currently run 6 Pilates classes, and by popular demand, I will soon start a circuit-based weights class. The demand for classes is high, and it’s a great, fun way to meet the villagers. With my 30 years of experience, I will give you hands-on guidance and mentorship appropriate to your experience.
